Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy
A regenerative treatment using your body’s own biological processes.
PRP therapy—also known as the “Vampire Facial” when used for skin rejuvenation—is an advanced treatment that uses your body’s own healing processes to help improve and revitalise the appearance of skin and hair.
This procedure involves drawing a small amount of your blood, processing it in a centrifuge to extract the platelet-rich plasma, and then reintroducing it into targeted areas of the skin or scalp. PRP contains growth factors that support collagen and elastin production and the skin’s natural repair processes.

Aftercare & Recovery
PRP is a minimally invasive treatment with very little downtime. You may experience:
- Mild redness, swelling, or tenderness at injection sites
- Temporary bruising or pinpoint bleeding
- A feeling of tightness or warmth in the treated area
DO:
- Stay well-hydrated for the next 48 hours
- Use a gentle, hydrating cleanser and moisturiser
- Apply SPF 30+ daily to protect your skin
- Allow your skin or scalp to rest—natural regeneration begins over the next few days
AVOID FOR 48–72 HOURS:
- Hot showers, saunas, steam rooms
- Heavy workouts or sweating
- Makeup (for facial PRP)
- Hair dye, harsh shampoos, or scalp treatments (for hair PRP)
Results typically develop gradually over several weeks as your skin or hair responds to treatment. A course of 3–4 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart is typically recommended for best outcomes.
