Product Information

Apotheque is an authorised retail provider of selected skincare, wellness, and cosmetic products.

All products are supplied in their original packaging and should be used in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer.

Individual results from cosmetic or wellness products may vary.

If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if appropriate.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, all products purchased from Apotheque are considered final sale once opened or used.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase provided they are returned in their original, unopened condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Apotheque reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Apotheque is an authorised retail provider of KilgourMD products.

The KilgourMD 90-Day Trial Guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from KilgourMD via their official website.

Products purchased through Apotheque are not eligible for the KilgourMD 90-Day Trial Guarantee.

Customers wishing to participate in the KilgourMD trial guarantee should purchase directly from KilgourMD.

Online Orders & Shipping

Orders placed through the Apotheque website are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and destination.

Apotheque is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Liability

Apotheque is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by misuse of products or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
