Laser Specialist | Advanced Skin Practitioner
Paula Krukowska brings over 15 years of experience in clinical skincare and advanced laser treatments, with a focus on safe, results-driven outcomes.
Qualified to NVQ Level 2, 3, and 4, she specialises in skin rejuvenation, pigmentation and vascular correction, fractional resurfacing, RF microneedling, and non-invasive skin tightening. She has trained with leading UK laser specialists and works with advanced medical-grade technologies.
Known for her precise, tailored approach, Paula combines technical expertise with a calm, caring presence—creating a professional environment where clients feel confident in their results.

Ella joins the Apotheque team with a background in marketing, customer service and client care. With experience in both healthcare and customer-facing environments, she brings a warm, professional approach and a real passion for making people feel welcome and valued.
Highly organised and approachable, Ella also has a keen eye for content creation and social media, helping us share the Apotheque experience online and connect with our local community. Her long-standing interest in the beauty and aesthetics industry makes her a natural addition to the team.

Personal Assistant | Operations Manager
Sonali has a varied background in client-facing roles, with years of experience working with people and creating welcoming, supportive environments, and now works alongside Naia as her PA.
Naturally creative, organised and always up for a chat, she loves interiors, good food, travelling and anything that gives her an excuse to start a new project. Outside of Apotheque, you’ll usually find her with her dog Luna, planning her next home project or halfway through a very good book.

Academy Tutor, Assessor and Education Coordinator
Lucy Cooper is a highly respected expert in the beauty industry with extensive experience working as an internal assessor and verifier with various awarding bodies, including over 20 years as an International Examiner for iTEC. She brings over 30 years of experience in beauty education, training and assessment.
At Apotheque Academy, Lucy provides tutor and student support across all subjects as required. She also supports our internal assessment and examination processes and contributes to Internal Quality Assurance (IQA), helping us maintain the high educational and professional standards expected across all of our courses.
With her extensive experience and knowledge of VTCT/iTEC standards, Lucy plays an integral role in supporting both our students and teaching team throughout their training journey.
